Berlá designs and installs pour in place rubber flooring with absorbent properties that is suitable for playground flooring to protect children from injury. Our standard product is one layer of black SBR which comes from recycled waste tires, in granules and free of contaminants. On top, a layer of TPV or colored rubber results in a decorative top layer that has endless possibilities of color combinations and designs. See our color samples.
The rubber granules are mixed on site and glued together with a polyurethane binder. This product is recyclable, serving as raw material for new compacted products.
Our absorbent surfacing is prepared for installation in all areas where protection is required from hard surfaces (children’s playgrounds, gyms, sports and recreation areas), a flooring material created to avoid injury from slips and falls (edges of swimming pools, wet pavement) and comfort flooring for ergonomic workplaces.
