Berlá is a company specialized in the manufacture and fabrication of rubber products, rubber – metal, polyurethane and other elastomers through rubber molding, rubber to metal bonding, compression molding, transfer molding and injection molding.
We also give innovative solutions using modern systems to transform waste rubber from tires into valuable, new products offering secure protection for recreation areas, playground surfacing, comfort flooring for an ergonomic workplace, sound and vibration insulation. We offer state-of-the-art technology in 3D printing, with custom-made prototypes which offer quick and cost efficient solutions for the first parts before series production, giving our customer more flexibility in product design.
In 1973 Berlá began manufacturing molded rubber products. With the changing market and demand, we have adapted and evolved with our customers, that come from a wide range of industries including automotive, food, lighting, construction, transportation, agricultural machinery, child safety and others. We have all of the rubber transformation systems necessary to meet our customers’ requirements and we adapt to the real quantities required
All of Berlá’s products are created and developed in accordance with a philosophy based on quality, with experienced professionals in technical, quality and production departments. Besides using top materials, our company’s on-site laboratory can carry out physical-chemical analysis on the composition and physical properties of rubber and its byproducts. Here we have designed and developed our own inspection and testing systems to guarantee our high quality standards.
